1. Security and technical compliance
In Italy, industrial walls must meet stringent technical and safety requirements. We handle the more complex technical aspects:
- Certified fire resistance: We install high-performance fire walls, tested according to the UNI EN 1364-1 standard, with resistance classes from EI 60 to EI 180. We compartmentalize heating plants, chemical storage rooms, and machine rooms, and provide the necessary documentation for fire prevention procedures at the Fire Brigade.
- High impact resistance:Factories, loading docks, and automated warehouses require sturdy walls. We use high-density, fiber-reinforced panels that resist accidental impacts from vehicles and equipment.
- Hygiene and humidity: For the food industry, pharmaceutical environments, and high-humidity areas, we install water-repellent and mold-resistant panels, suitable for environments subject to the HACCP system.
2. Functionality of the plant
We design our systems with care, to optimize space and work organization in your facility:
- Sound insulation: Heavy machinery produces a lot of noise. We design highly soundproofing plasterboard walls to separate production departments from offices, complying with the passive acoustic requirements set forth in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 5/12/1997.
- Containment of dust and contaminants: Machine downtime due to contamination is costly. During work, we use dust containment and extraction systems to protect production machinery and electronic equipment.
- Flexible spaces:A company’s needs change quickly. Our drywall systems allow for easy layout modifications, the integration of steel structures, and access for pipe and electrical inspection.
